FAQ's

A:   Only certain cities will work out as prints, but if you have a suggestion for one you can email me and I will check it out. I apologize in advance that I am unable to respond to every request directly. I only have a small handful of locations right now that I am hoping will work out as prints in the near future.

A:   All prints shipped to the U.S. should arrive within a week, often less. Prints will be shipped via USPS first class and you will receive tracking notification as soon as your order has shipped. See below if you are a customer outside of the U.S.

A:   It could take from 2 -5 weeks for all shipping outside of the United States.  Unfortunately USPS does not guarantee a delivery time on international shipments.  All international packages are subject to being held and inspected at customs.  Packages are also possibly subject to local taxes, duties, or other fees.  If you have any concerns, just send an email to MrCityPrining@gmail.com

A:  Its simple, we have a no questions asked satisfaction guarantee on all orders.  Shipping on returns is free.  All returns must be postmarked with thirty (30) days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

To return an item, place your print back in its mailer tube, and send your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item(s), we will process your return or exchange.  Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process the return or exchange.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items can not be returned or exchanged:

  • Framed Prints

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at info@MrCityPrinting.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

A:   The prints are securely rolled inside a sturdy shipping tube, with a bubble wrap protection to make sure it arrives super safe.

A:   We purchase our paper from a mill in Wisconsin called Neenah Paper. The paper we use is 80# cover paper, off-white, matte. Its like the cover of a paper back book. The paper is Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified, carbon neutral and made with 100 percent renewable energy.

A:   We use a variety of open source and government data resources such as open street map, the United States Geological Survey, and Land Information New Zealand.

A:   Yes, there is a discount on orders of more than 10 prints. Please visit our Wholesale page to get things going.
